Although working out makes your body feel good, that’s not always the case with your skin. Whenever sweat is released from your pores, it then begins to sit on top of your skin along with bodily fluids, sebum and/or leftover product.  This can cause your skin to break out, become irritated and clogged, which is why it’s important to properly care for your skin before and after your workout!

Morning Routine

If you are the type to exercise in the AM, we recommend you keep your pre-workout skincare routine nice and simple by double cleansing with the Beyond Glow Cleansing Oil and Foam Cleanser, then applying the Beyond Glow Moisture Boost or Aqua Boost Moisturizer (whichever is best for your skin), along with your favorite SPF!

Evening Workout

If you prefer to exercise later in the day, we recommend utilizing the same skin routine as the one from the morning with just a few extra steps. After double cleansing your skin, we recommend you gently exfoliate your skin with the Beyond Glow Smoothing Peeling Gel to prevent your pores from becoming clogged. To finish off this routine, use the Beyond Glow Balancing Toner, to ensure all the unwanted impurities are removed followed by your preferred Beyond Glow Moisturizer.
